Silas James, MPA

Silas JamesSilas James, MPA is a research assistant with the TBI Model System study (TBIMS). He also manages the TBI InfoComic Project (comics.tbi.washington.edu) and has conducted a research study comparing the effectiveness of educational comics to traditional text-based factsheets.

Before working for the TBIMS he attended The Evergreen State College where he studied Humanities and Writing. During his time at Evergreen, Silas worked as an intern in Governor Gregoire’s office and studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Silas graduated from the UW’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance with a Master’s of Public Administration.
